who are the publishers? where is it to be distributed?, how many copies are made? is it for sale? how will I be credited in the book? that sort of deal

Not finished with the book as of yet. Will be self-publishing with createspace.com who will put in on their site and amazon.com as they are made by amazon.com.
My idea was I would either credit you on the title page or the copyright page. If you prefer somewhere else, please let me know.

Thank you so much for the watch and the fave. I am flattered. I see you also keep one eye on Ross Campbell. He was college buds with my daughter. Awesome talent there. I'm off to read "Deleted" now. Anyone brave enough to use the title we writers fear in our hearts may be all too appropriate deserves a little attention. At least half of everything I've ever written probably deserves the same moniker.
