Uhmmm...YOU CAN MAKE AWESOME ART WITHOUT LAYERS! Look at my contest entry you favorited, that was done without layers. Or that wolf Flint I painted, also done without layers.

Well id you did layers your contest entry would not need to re-outline the art like the other people who join the contest. I like my art to be neat and look nice so, I can't live without layers. D:

My contest entry used no layers at all, and I can still make it look neat. You just need to practice. I had enough practice on Paint.net that I wouldn't need to outline anything when I'm done coloring it. I just need a little more time plus I find that doing it without layers makes my shading look better.

Your welcome, I watched you because I wanted to learn some cool stuff of what you make. I wanted to model too like horses, but horse are a hard model to start off with. So maybe I could start off with pokemon! <3

ok, i hope i will be able to teach you something then! I am also trying to improve on my model making which is why i'm letting people vote for what i make, if i chose them myself i would always pick an easy one, so i let other people choose for me.

Ah! Good idea I could do something like that but I must make my first Pokemon and see if I'm good at it. I always wanted to make models, but the one thing is I don't think I can post it here. Because My video Camera dose not work at times. XD I would love some tips, like what wire I should use , also I think I won't pain t them because I don't own a lot of paint.

yes it's always good to try. i bought some aluminium wire, if you use oven baking clay then that is a good choice because it wont expand and explode your models from the inside! you could try making fakemon too, that way because they are your design you get to choose how they look.
