Hi other fellow dolphin and equine lover! I know what you mean, I am ALWAYS super excited to meet another fellow dolphin lover (more than another horse lover because dolphin lovers arent as common as horse lovers XD) I would love to talk about either one too! Do you draw dolphins? Are you looking at/studying dolphin anatomy? I am always trying to make my dolphin drawings better than they are now, so if you wan to critique feel free! I used to think the dolphins I draw now are good but I feel they are too cartoony :/ and I want them to look very realistic and I feel something is wrong. I also paint dolphins and stuff Do you know how to draw good horse eyes? I want to learn.

Sorry for all of the questions, but I would love to get to know you my fellow dolphin lover!!!

Haha I love questions! But yeah I draw dolphins!! I haven't drawn any real good ones lately... But I do. :3 I already know dolphin anatomy from memory because I taught a class on it in middle school (I'm a freshmen at Niwot High BTW). I think cartoony dolphins are cute!! <3 And no, I suck at horse eyes. xP I wish I could help you with that one but I draw dolphins. Does that answer all of your questions? xD

Great! Cool, I am going to check your gallary next haha Well you still draw dolphins, and I dont think they cant be that bad, I mean you taught dolphin anatomy they can't be worse mine! AWESOME!! Can you teach me dolphin anatomy? And how to remember it keep in my head like it is in yours? That is so cool that you taught DOLPHIN anatomy!!! Thats okay, I would rather you be bad at horse eyes and be the dolphin lover, and dolphin anatomy "teacher" that taught dolphin anatomy then be good at drawing horse eyes. Because I have never met a dolphin lover that loves and appercaites dolphins as much as you! Yes it does answer all of my questions! Thanks for your time! I really love talking to you!

Yes I can teach you dolphin anatomy. It's actually really simple. Just look at one of my dolphin drawings and I'll point out which part is which. And I love talking to you too.

Haha I do too. But the overall dolphin anatomy is really simple so you will have NO trouble getting it.

Haha I don't know. So the nose is called the "rostrum" or "beak". The "forehead" is known as the "melon". Then there is course the blowhole. The top fin is known as the "dorsal". After that, there is the tail or "flukes". The little dip in between the two flukes is called the "median notch". The side fin is known as the "pectoral fin" or "flipper". The ear is right next to the eye. And that is the basic anatomy of a dolphin. Questions?

I knew some of that like doral fin flukes flipper but some of it is new! Nope I dont have any questions! So is there a way to incorporate this into drawing a dolphin correctly? And is there more I could learn? I want to be an expert! Just teach me what you taught when you taught that class.
