I've been drawing since I was knee high to a grass hopper (you'd think I'd be better..lol). I started out drawing cowboys, horses, jungle cats and anything else that came to mind or would help my grade when a report for school was due.The very first comics I ever read was 1970 or 71. My parents took the family on vacation and gave me two comics to keep me occupied for the long trip back, the Metal Men and the X-Men. And yet my fascination with comics didn't really take hold, til, on a day that I was ditching school, I picked up from a 7-Fleven ... X-Men #126!
John Byrne and Terry Austin were the artists (hmmm maybe there are "some" similarities in style) and showed me a world I never new existed. To them I say THANKS! To all of you young artists; I say keep drawing, even if you don't make a dime! The value in your work is the inspiration you give another young artist, and so on and so on and so on!

Thanks for having such a great idea for the feature. I think you'll have people say "Well isn't that why we have favorites?". Unfortunately, when a person visits a page, I don't think they look at what a person has favored, for the most part. So I think its a great way for people to view a much wider variety on their page and gives people that little extra exposure... without being arrested!

I agree with you about it being a good idea, but its not mine. I got it from Brandy Dixon, the first person featured in my feature. Don't know if its her idea, or if she got it from someone else.

Fantasy and other worlds are always good for mind expansion -
I tend not to care about what is "trendy", but what is interesting to me...
But if pressed, I would like to see more fantasy creatures?
