# About me
I studied computer science and worked some time as a programmer a few years ago. I’ve always loved drawing and 3d modeling and I quit my job to develope my skills as an artist. Eventually I was able to make a living out of it. I’ve made illustrations for books and games, 3d art for games and delivered probably way over 300 miniatures for boardgames. Lately the kind of job I accept is either concept art (I work part time on the game Blasphemous) or illustrations.Watch my gallery and if you are interested in commissioning something, please send me a message.
Besides deviantArt I have a blog to serve as portfolio that you can visit here

it depends on the kind of stuff but normally less than two days... that is: 16 hours everything. Simpler but cleaner models, like cartoony might take 12.
The sci-fi figures you saw needed 24 hours and more, but they are the most complex I've found so far. in that scale.
Just curious, how much do you take for a phisical mini???

Hi Juan miguel, i have being sculpting, i am not a pro, butif you FOCUS on 1 mini , it may take like 3 -4 days (not working 8 days per day, but 4 hoours per day yes) in total 16 hours..
that, when you have practise.. in the beggining it may take more, or less (obviusly because it would be incomplete).

About the same. 15-30 hours depending on what it is, but it works better to do 2 at once since your having to stick it in the curing oven for 20 minutes when you you finish a section of the figure, like the torso or something. You might get two or three done a week (at 25-30mm) that way. Speed is key when doing it for money!

Well, when you are working digital I think you do the same... you don't need to wait for stuff to dry but there's always a point when you need to wait for feedback from the client and posible modifications. Since you can change almost anything without the need of starting over I guess they tend to ask you to change more stuff...
But yeah, the secret is always have more minis to keep working when you need to stop with the one you are doing for some reason

You are so amazing that I dont even have words for it! I dont get how you can create such perfect sculptures! You are a MASTER! And I see I have a long road before me.
Also I read your ID story about your job and it just made me so happy. Happy becaue Im in the beginning of that road, Ive tried different jobs, have studied different programs, have really tried to go down that "normal path" but none of it has brought me any joy, on the contrary Ive only gotten depressed. I need to be creative, cant live without it, I know I must try my best to be able to work with it, simply having it as a hobby isnt enough. Thats why when I read that you choosed to walk down that path and succeeded it fill me with hope that I too can do it! That its nothing wrong with wanting it instead of the "secure normal job". So thank you!
