GDI I love that design.

Okay well first off let me say I don't know much on WF, but I'll try to offer some notes anyway I can <3

You may want to add some more negative traits to his personality, this'll make it a lot easier to play him later on. It can get boring/hard with a character who is almost always happy/ect!

I think the history is a good start! but you may want to fill in some wholes; What happened to his mother? Who is his father? Does he not know? Does he have anymore family? What are some goals or when did he start training to become a scout? Why did he became so interested in nature and when did he finally become a scout? Why are his religious views so laid back? The possibilities are endless!
