Haha it's Apophysis, or Apo for short

You can download the base program here: [link]

And then there's the 2.09 version from Sourceforge. Or 7x by xyrus here: [link]

There are plenty of tutorials here on dA to help you get started

And there's also this nifty group: #Apophysis which has AWESOME fractals and such and they have lots of resources there too

I'm not too sure which one to download. Do i downlaod 2.02 then the newr ones? Also what about the plugins?

You need to download 2.02 first, as it's the base program for Apo in general.

THEN download the newer ones.

As for plugins, you need to create a new folder where you installed Apophysis, and rename to Plugins and just copy+Paste an plugins you have in there Be careful though, Apo can't handle too many plugins at once and it can't handle certain types of plugins when used together. I'm pretty sure there's a massive help file somewhere here on dA. I'll hunt it down for you

Well i'm confused. I installed the base then 2.09. There's just a large amount of samples. I don't know how to start a blank or anything. Also I don't know where to get the plug ins.

If you need more help....go to my front page and look on the left hand side for a window called "help-resources for apo" u will find a very good basic help file there and most of the resources you need
