Wonderful gallery Larry, your Mono work is especially wonderful. I am a beginner photographer. I have only been shooting for a very short time. I am curious what gear your using these days since there is no camera data on your shots.

Anyhoo i know you been watching me for awhile i appreciate your feedback and interest on my stuff. Maybe one day i will step up and get some amazing photo's...for now however i am just learning the gear. I do however feel i have a leg up on a total noob in that i have been using unbiased render engine for my stuff so lighting is and composing is similar to real life.

Very simple, a Nikon 5600 with a Tamron 28-300 Lens.

Very nice, i also have a Nikon 5600, but i only have a 50mm 1.8 and 2 kit lenses, the 18mm-55mm and the 70mm-300mm.

Very cool we have the same camera though :) (Smile)

Not sure if you know but this - and all of the captures he posts are stolen, not his work. He uses DA as an advertising platform to promote his blog. He has banned me for outing him as a fraud so I cannot comment in yours which I ordinarily do so you'd see it.

I try to inform actual creators when I feel they are being tricked into believing some are creators. This is not a stolen files sharing board, it is a place for original photogs, models, etc to share their work and promote themselves.

You're most welcome Larry. You've been doing this for decades and can spot greatness instantly. Which is exactly the reason I posted to you because, for some reason, there are those out there that get satisfaction by pretending they're originators. Since I joined here I like to inform creators like you that comment on stolen works that they've been tricked. Nothing worse than having your images or whatever stolen with someone else trying to take credit. I'm sure it's happened to you and I imagine it's not a happy experience.

You are most welcome! DA is not a "sharing site" to me, it's a place for original artists to share their creations. If it became just like every other board out there you and other creators would stop visiting and sharing. Except for the reposters, we all are punished and I don't want that to happen. Even though I am the smallest fish in the biggest pond, every little bit helps in my opinion.

Again, thanks for the appreciation, makes me feel as if I'm doing something right.
