3. just bc microsoft owns the rights to the picture does not mean that using it wihtout permission and claiming it to be one's own work is not stealing.

caesius...you are wrong actually...your logic is amusing though so if youd like to keep arguing with mark for entertainment purposes, i wouldnt mind...while a company may own the rights to a piece of art, the law by no means equates ownership with the artistic creation...you on the otherhand insist on the contrary...if i write a song, and my record label owns the rights and another band steals the song-it may be the record label suing that band, but it will be me kicking their asses...the photo was still stolen regardless of who owns it so i suggest you brush up on your notsoundinglikearetard before attempting to argue further
