Born in Philadelphia, but (tragically) raised in Fresno, Luke Chueh studied graphic design at Cal Poly, San Luis Obipso where he earned a BS in Art & Design. In 2003 he moved to Los Angeles where he took up painting full time and started showing in the underground art scene. Since then Chueh has quickly worked his way up the ranks, stylistically balancing cute with brute while walking the fine line between comedy and tragedy.Β At the same time, he has also establishing himself in the designer toy scene with various three dimensional interpretations of his art. Despite his humble beginnings,Β Chueh has enjoyed much success and has been featured in galleries and museums around the world.# Comments

I simply love your work, always have, even before I discovered that your not some dead guy Id learn about in 11th grade.
