I don't really believe in the idea of an "idealistic female", in all honesty. Or rather, I think the idea of an "idealistic female" is kinda... universal? While I believe the qualities you mentioned are very important, I don't think that necessarily makes a girl "ideal" over another, nor do I think that makes her "truer" as a woman. 

All girls are different. A woman who's physically strong and assertive is no better or more "ideal" than a woman who's gentle/emotional/graceful, etc. But if you're talking about "female dominance", as you said—I agree in that sense; feminism is seeking equality with, not overpowering men. —Though there's nothing wrong with a girl wanting to stand on her own. But in that sense, I also believe a woman who needs a man isn't any "weaker" than a girl who's emotionally independent. To me, their both equal, and they're both wonderful examples of an "ideal female"—because that's just it. There isn't just one kind of ideal woman.
