# About me
Angela D'Onofrio (aka Ang, but never Angie) lives in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire with her lovely fiancee, Laurel, two particularly eccentric cats, and one opinionated conure named Jupiter. She roots the places she creates in the places that she loves, and friends and family may just find hints of the familiar in the streets of Aviario. You cannot imagine just how hooked I am on "Schadenfreude"! I check in eagerly each day, just to see if you have posted Ch. 7 yet. I'm tellin' you, this is by far the best "Incredibles" fanfic I've yet read, simply a cut above all the rest. You have done a wonderful job of keeping all the characters, well, in character, while including amazing details like the baby's behavior(I mean NORMAL baby behavior; we all know Jack-Jack is "special needs", LOL), the modes of speech, the whole shebang. What I really love, though, is the use of IRONY-that Buddy Pine is finally finding the one thing he really has always wanted most of all-a caring, sympathetic family who actually LISTENS to him...and feeds him REAL food-in the very people he'd tried so hard to destroy, while the Parrs have found the perfect helpful neighbor geek/big brother/surrogate son in the one person they would have feared the most, and THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW IT! I know it sounds cliche, but I can't help but be reminded of Stitch here, a nasty, destructive, unremorseful little alien Hellhound who finds himself reformed by finding HIS adopted family, and by the unconditional love of another. And to think I once thought of Buddy/Syndrome as pure evil; now I see he's just "lost". I also have gotten really "into' his relationship with Mirage, and I an DYING to read more on THIS aspect of the story. I never had thought of him as romantic or sexy(yeah, I can hear the fangirls screaming for my blood right now...), but this view, too, is starting to change, thanks to this story! I just hope there will be an eventual happy ending, though, since I have a feeling that once all is revealed, the proverbial fecal matter is really gonna hit that proverbial fan!
Please update soon; I need a fix really bad right now!
Oh, and uhm, $20.00 won't buy much in the way of flowers these days.
