Shot himself while cleaning his gun? No, I haven't heard of that. I haven't turned on my TV in ages. That's sad, of all the soldiers that fight the enemy and fall in the line of duty, he shot himself. I too have a question... How did you come across my profile? Were you just browsing through deviations or did you find me through one of your friends' profiles?
Either way, I'm glad you did

the reason i mention that soldier is because now my cousin has to replace hi in Iraq, i'm so scared that he'll get hurt or killed!! i found your profile because i was browsing through the daily deviations and one of your recent ones was their and i wondered if you were from the army...are you?? so i checked out your profile and discovered the greatest poem ever im glad we met too!!

Nah, I'm not from the Army. The coat I usually wear is a standard issue AirForce cammo jacket that I have customized with steel and sheet metal armor plates and interior pockets. I'll take pictures of it by itself when I get a new camera. I wouldn't wanna join the army. I'm an Airforce kinda guy. I love aircraft, the way they look, the way they fly, I love 'em. Besides, I'm 15, there's no way the army would let me join, lol. Does Australia have an AirForce? I wish your cousin the best of luck iraq, war is a dangerous thing Hopefully It will all be over soon

I am a cadet. One of my classes is NJROTC. If you don't know what that is, I'll explain it to you. My rank in the unit is C/SA (Cadet seamen apprentice)

It's like a training program for those planning to go into any branch of the military.
NJROTC means Navy junior reserve officers training corps. There's an ROTC for each branch of the military. There is one for the AirForce (AFJROTC), Army (AJROTC), Navy (NJROTC), Marine corps (MCJROTC) and there might be one for the coast guard, I'm not sure. Basicly, we all learn about the chain of command, how to use the rifles and the sword (for drill purposes only), poitics, and so on. Everyone has a job within the unit too. My job is to take inventory and clean the rifles.

Don't worry, those rifles won't be firing off any rounds The school board is very cautious and made it a requirement that all the rifles must be de-militarized. That means that the barrel of each rifle has been filled with cement so that no one can fire them.

PlanetaryFox In reply to nulin [2006-04-29 22:46:20 +0000 UTC]

Probably not as much as you. I can barely bench press 90 lbs. I have gotten to 100 lbs, but that is Almost impossible for me to bench press. I don't know what that is in kilograms and it's the weekend so doing math is not an option for me, sorry. My legs are REALLY strong though. I ride my bike to school everyday and before I found that speed limits applied to bicycles, I was going 30+ mph on the way home. The road to school is slightly inclined upward, there is a rise of about 12 inches for every 100 feet traveled, so the ride home is pretty much all downhill.

nulin In reply to PlanetaryFox [2006-04-29 23:07:03 +0000 UTC]

yeha i can't be stuffed figuring it out but i do 15 lbs (does that stand for pounds ??) on leg dips, 30 kg on lateral pull downs, 15 kg on arm pulls, and 15 kg on chest press, but thats not on the bench!! my backs stuffed so i can't do heaps but still i love running and cycling, which i do 15 minutes of every time i go to the gym!! my program is 30 minutes of aerobis training (stepper, treadmill, bike) weights (legs, arms, chest) swissball (ab crunches) and ab hovers!! so i'm pretty stuffed by the end !! still i do it three times a week, and i walk home so i'm getting pretty good!! my instructor said at my last reassessment i'm reasonably strong..not just strong, so proud!! still don't do nearly as much as you !!

My birthday is in november too! November 2nd, 1990 I turned 15 last year I'm good at sprinting but I no longer have the long distance ability In 6th grade, I could run fast AND far, now I'm stuck with fast. I can only run full speed for a short period of time though.

Our government is screwed too. Gas prices have gone up to 3 dollars a gallon in some places. That brings me to a question I've been wanting to ask for a long time... What is Australia's form of currency?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

nulin In reply to PlanetaryFox [2006-04-30 03:07:05 +0000 UTC]

our currency is dollars i believe like i would say that our petrol price is $1.40 a litre!! $- is a dollar sign, a dollar has 100 cents who's sign is a c with a line through it vertically!! then we have notes for $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 !! so yeah
what about you??
nulin
ps so that took so long i had to get lunch
