But. I just saw your comment on my first page, and in response, I use markers and colored pencils. First, I color in a base coat of marker, then I shade and highlight the thing.... then I color it over with the same marker... thing.

Devcommenting AGAIN! It's great to hear that you got down alright! ^_^ Sadly, I'll only be staying in the Denver area for a few more days, not nearly enough to get together at all (and I'm quite busy during the day... keeping track of the little cousin and all). You're a wonderful artist and I love your style! ^_^ Perhaps we could co-create a comic sometime? I've been taking notes from a student of Savanah College of Art and Design who does a comic of her own... (Phoenixelement, one of the avs in my signature). What do you think? I can't promise anything, of course... Working thousands of miles away might be a bit of a hassle.
