this is random but where are you, in the US it its 9 am but the previous convo you would have been up like 4 in the morning, im from the US but vacationing in greece.
as for the email i put together a rough idea of what i think your region looks like, i used the HG/SS pokegear map sprite things

I'm in the mountain region of the US. Right now it is 8:10 in the morning. And yes, I am and insomniac/semi-nocturnal person. I'm glad to know you aren't an insomniac, the worlds gotta have some order.
Oh, and I was just telling you that email so you could understand the region's look and natures. There are a lot more details I left out because they would make this more confusing.

-variant puddle textures for the whole region
-great plains, with variants on rocks and small houses
-loving grass and bug town, basic, yet loving, includes pokemon care place, massage place, and a special place to buy herbs and gifts for your pokemon
-ancient spiritual lake village (wrapped around the lake), with odd glowing lake at night at a different tide level revealing a water cavern, has to be mysterious and ancient looking
-rocky town mountainside town famous for strict but great training and fighting gym
-the mountain climb up from rocky, to windy, to snowy, leading into-
-the ancient village at the top of the snowstorm mountain. looks as if it never used any moder technology fuels, and never will. has a feel of great power (dragons) resting there.
-the gateway cave leading into the cavern city
-the passage to the cavern city
-the eternal night and light city that always must check for the safety of the cave everyday.
-the pokemon league and all the long paths between each elite member as well as their rooms
-the hell that is unique outside looks for each gym, I can do without this if necessary

Well: 1 you will be the one using them, 2 This is the closest I've come to tile mapping, so noobery is abound, 3 you've used them, you know them, you are the most experienced.
Basically you are the artist here, you know what you have better than I do.

i guess but for the tiles i have now, you can look over and check if there is more we need, i would say we're good, but its kinda up to you because you have most of the details

I know three things we (may) need a lot of colorful lights for the elec city at night (mainly business signs), a lot more festival stuff for the ghost town in both day and night (including booths). I do know one thing we could use to make this game our own so to speak: custom buildings. These being the 8 unique gyms, the pokemon league, and the ancient temples at both the spirit lake village and the snow peak dragon village.

In my region I told you of the frosty beaches, ans with your suggestion, the dragon gymmed snow peak at the center of the bowl. I should probably remove it so you can use it on your region.

thats fine, you keep it, i didnt have the idea before if thats what you think, besides we could both have a snowy city with dragon gyms, except my city wont be full of temples, relics, and such

hmm, but to keep them both unique we need to make their symbols and theme different. As a dragon gym it's symbol is power, and its theme is an ancient and wise snowy village on the peak of the mountain, void of any modern technologies/fuels.

the dragon town (gym isn't really necessary for it to be cool) could be hidden away deep in the mountains and valleys, close to the fiery mountain.
as for the ice town, you could go with a more technological and modern feel. Also breaking the norm you could use an electric gym there instead of an ice one: the town only being able to survive the deadly blizzards because it is supported and heated by electricity. It is a feat of man that people live there.

well...after thinking it over, it could be drawn clearer + my scanner is attached to a crappy computer that won't send email, so until I can get my dad's jumpdrive, its not possible to send it.
Well, I was put in this world for three things: bringing happiness and wisdom to the world (helping it), being a good person, and a beacon of hope to the world (you do not know how much I have in common with those cliche heroes from the RPGs), and bringing new/cool/wicked concepts to the world.

im not evil or anything but i always feel closer to the antagonist of the RPGs(mainly giovanni) i just feel theyre more real then the antagonist of stories

I don't know how to use those programs, but I am drawing the region on paper. My scanner is attached to a crappy computer that lags so bad it can't send emails usually. I could use a jump drive to move tha scanned art to a computer that can send it/deviate it, but I don't have one. My dad does.
I feel that. I feel like I am a good person, but due to arrogance and slight lust for power and use of brutal techniques, I feel I am a twilight hero (uses both good/light and dark/evil techniques).
