Animation is super rewarding once you start getting into it, and every medium of art that I've experienced has crept its way into helping animation in some way.  If there's anything you would want a write up of or have questions about I'll see if they can creep into the next handout / writeup ^__^

I'm doin alright, at the moment I have a freelance project going on and I can't take on additional work but thank you very much for keeping me in mind for helping out on a freelance animated endeavor   I may know a friend that could help?  Maybe?

So here a first question: I read that you list several animation programs (plastic animation, pencil, ...); is there one of them that you would recommand in particular to begin?

A good beginner program that's free, and very simple, is Easytoon, its what I learned on and it has had a decent community of people and tutorials in the past.

Plastic Animation Paper has a free version that has a lot of features but is really really old, but has more features than anything else that's free.

Digicel flipbook is a good beginners program, with a nice demo that isn't timed, but it has a huge watermark unless you buy at least the lowest tier version.  Its the cheapest animation program that is as effective as it is, and its what I work in 90% of the time.

I have been doing great! Had some really bad last 3 weeks with jaw surgery and lost my grandfather this weekend so I have to fly out to florida to deal with that, but i've been good. Working with Ogrilla on doing a new site/forum for animation potentially.
