Sim, eu vi seu avatar, estava perguntando se já estava usando quando mandou coisas para votação ou se estou confundindo com alguém com avatar similar, mas acho que não.
No InPRNT esse sistema de votação é quase que a única curadoria que fazem. Depois de aprovado por outros membros você não precisa se preocupar mais, pode colocar para vender o que quiser. Se der uma olhada no site enquanto logado verá uma seção no menu "Vote" com algum número aleatório do lado—ele é o número de aplicações pendentes no momento. O RedBubble não tem nada parecido, mas achei bem morto o site. E o Society6 tem "aprovação" individual por peça: Entre 8-20 promotes eles verificam o trabalho para decidir de o adicionarão à loja global deles. Antes disso ele só é visível através do seu perfil.

Nossa, imaginei que o Redbubble fosse melhor! Lá eu tô notando que tenho mais visitas ( se bem que é o único que mostra isso haha ). Sobre o Society6 achei interessante isso, eu só tenho 1 trabalho com 6 promotes, mas não sabia que acima de 8 entrava na loja global. Inprint entrei, mas até agora na real, não me parece promissor. Tõ no colab55 e no Urban Arts tb.
Pra vc qual tem sido o mais vantajoso entre eles? Tô ligado que não dá pra ficar milionário, mas de pingar algo as vezes.

Achei o RedBubble extremamente parado! Ainda não vendi nada lá. Posso ser simplesmente azarada, eu não sei. Ele parece ser dependente de networking como o Society6, e isso acontece através de grupos; porém se olhar os grupos com atenção verá que a maioria não teve uma atualização em 2 anos. A outra forma de divulgação que costuma gerar vendas seria alguém da staff topar com seu trabalho e decidir te dar um feature na página inicial, mas sabe quais são as chances, não? Como o RedBubble não tem nenhum tipo de curadoria há muitos produtos desinteressantes sendo vendidods. Suspeito que isso afaste muitos clientes que gostam só de "dar uma olhada" e acabam comprando alguma coisa.
No Society6 vendi imediatamente após abrir a loja, depois parou. Mas há o detalhe que mal divulguei essa loja entre meus fãs, só no Tumblr (~3k followers), nada no DA ou na minha page do FB, onde tenho maior alcance; e tenho poucos promotes e contatos independentes ainda. Os promotes variam, 8 não significa aceitação automática. Minha primeira print a entrar na loja global foi com 8, algumas foram com uns 12, outra com uns 18. Tenho coisa com 20 promotes que jamais entrou, e à essa altura tenho minhas dúvidas se entrarão algum dia. Quando você dá um promote pessoas que te seguem verão a peça no feed deles, se receber um promote sua peça aparecerá para os seguidores de quem te deu. De certa forma parece ter um alcance maior, sabe? Fora ganhar feature da staff como qualquer outro POD. Só não gosto muito dos bots.
Eu gosto do InPRNT. Seu maior problema também é sua maior vantagem: As coisas são muito caras, o que desencoraja compradores; porém são caras pois é o mais generoso entre os POD, você sempre ganha 50%. Demorei um ano para fazer uma venda sequer, mas cada venda vale umas 6 em outro site. Quando você consegue vender algo vale à pena. Eles gostam de dar features através da página do FB dele, já ganhei vários. Não têm a mesma força que um feito por outros POD, mas ainda sim é uma iniciativa bem legal.
UrbanArts não usei (já estou em muitos no momento, não? Hahaha). Colab55 é ótimo para imprimir coisas que você queira imprimir sem ter que apelar para uma gráfica (exceto cases, não gostei do material e tipo de impressão). Fiz uma porção de "vendas" que foram presentes para familiares que sempre pediram, então essas não contam, haha, e algumas avulsas. Não sei exatamente como o programa de features deles funciona, ainda não recebi um que eu saiba.

Entendi... faz sentido. O Society6 notei isso, dos promotes gerarem promotes e o feature deles deve seguir a linha do DD do DA, um mistério. Mas ainda não vendi nada, tb meu DA tava parado por um bom tempo e o próprio DA deu uma bela caída, no meu caso ainda vai levar tempo ( tem o fator tema das ilustras tb, né XD ). Inprnt ainda não me convenceu, nem o Urban, mas tb tô sendo apressado.
Já o Colab55 me parece bom pra levar coisas em eventos ( nos CCXP da vida ), vender e aproveitar pra propagandear tete a tete a loja.

Brilliant styles! I just started on my journey. You make it look so easy. My wife just bought me A Mac with Gimp. Cvit looks a lot harder than I imagined. Do you scan in your drawings first and then paint your art?

Thank you! Nowadays I use photoshop only—CS6 version—, and in some rare occasions other softwares to help with some detail, e.g.: In this artwork I rendered the dust in a 3D software (blender) and added it on the top of the artwork, because I disliked how it was coming out with brushes alone. In the past I used PaintTool SAI a lot too.
I have barely no experience with GIMP, though. I don't scan and paint my artwork anymore, I do everything directly on the computer now because I start straight from the colors. You can see more or less how it goes there .

Blender is an open source 3D software. It's very nice to learn 3D, because it's well documented and has a big community with many tutorials. I don't do many 3D works, but I still found it useful, you can learn a lot about materials and light fiddling with it, what carries to painting.
