Wait, how do you know that? Cause the site doesn't tell you if you're blocked, so I'm guessing you're one of the fans and still get notified of his work, or you managed to speak to him before getting blocked.

It definitely tells you if you're blocked. Try to look at his account page. If you are able to see it, you are no longer blocked. If you are met with an error page, then he's blocked you.
Keep in mind that he doesn't like new watchers or faves (At least from what I know), and he doesn't like compliments from strangers either.
