Okay, so I'm going to go ahead and make what might be a wildly inappropriate comment, but here it is:

I really enjoy the phallic and/or vaginal imagery found in some of your pieces. I feel like there's a theme running through your works, something like the exploration of fecundity, sterility and the seperation of flesh, nature, and spirit. I'm especially fond of "--" (I like the first crop better, also), Braquiaa, and Hexlove 005. I also like "Broewabluaen," but that doesn't fit in any way into my bizarre category.

Then again, maybe I'm just a giant perv who sees vaginas everywhere, but

i personally don't think it is inappropriate, but then again i am the one drawing all of the vaginas.

i believe you are the first person to mention such things on dA. i always find it interesting when someone calls me out. i had a chuckle when i read your message.

moving beyond the phallic/vagina, you have made an insightful comment. "something like the exploration of fecundity, sterility and the seperation of flesh, nature, and spirit."

i think my art definitely explores those themes. now i haven't personally worded it quite that way before, and i wouldn't want to limit my art to that, but yeah, that description works.

Well, you have no idea how happy I am that I'm not just vag-obsessed.

By the way, I am in favour of future huge deviations. There are so many little details that I can pick up on that way, and the delicacy of the line work is even more astoundingly clear (even though it took me a full 8 minutes to load).

Yes, I embrace the idea of my thoughts and my sweat, breath, fingerprints, and artistic pigments being placed and poured across a canvass and recognizing that that canvass will exist for as long as that canvass can exist. A little bit of personalized soulful design I guess coming from the connection between the artist and the canvass is what I mean.
