I mostly used lighter swords. Favorite was the Balder Side Sword.

Don't you mean Balder Swag Sword? I usually go for Greatswords. My Favorites were Gravelord's Sword and Artorias' Greatsword(Uncursed) even though it's scaling sucked. Which do you liked less?

Not too into greatswords myself. Never been fond of heavy weapons. I love quick weapons that can deal a little damage really quickly, mostly because I prefer playing fast characters. I like to risk getting one-hit so I can move fast and dodge everything, then jump out of my attacks quickly. With DaS I used the Sealers Robes, because they were the only cloth armor I had. I was able to run at full speed and fast roll. Now I believe I'm using Brass Armor +10 because I can run full speed and fast roll in medium armor

I hate heavy stuff though. Yea, you can take hits and do damage, but I mostly think more about bosses then little mobs. With heavy armor mobs can't do shit to you, but bosses can still fuck you over. Also, every boss apart from Gwyn can not be staggered.

I never got Gravelord's sword, but Artorias' Sword is tight

I think I like crossbows the less, as weapons. They're confusing to use :/ I used bows a lot surprisingly, and I even used heavy weapons every so often.

I see and can agree with that. But i like some protection since I'm not so agile.

You need to join the Gravelord Servant Covenant and you get it. It's the only weapon in the game that inflicts toxic. Plus the damage is nice and dependable if you don't like investing in stats too much. Artorias' is real neat. It has my favorite appearance of a Greatsword in the game.

I see. I'm not that HUGE fan of Really heavy weapons like the Demon's Great Hammer and Such. But I do like the Giant's Club.

Ahhhh I didn't even know how to join the Gravelord Cov. until a couple months ago when I was watching a friend live-stream his gameplay. Like I said, I don't look at the guides hahaha. Hard to find this shit out on my own FUCK dude I hate toxic haha. Those toxic removing mosses are so hard to find if you don't have high drop rates. I had like 60 poison removal mosses and like 12 toxic removal mosses... Ofc later I just memorized where all the toxic faggots were at in Blighttown.
Oh yea? My buddy got lucky and got the black knight greatsword when he tricked that black knight in the Parish, near the staircase to the big demon thing and Havel. He used it throughout the entire game.......... it was so cheap e_e

Yuuup. You need to get into a coffin in the catacombs with ten eyes of Death that drop from the Basilisks in the depths. And it has one high ass toxic rate to kill larger enemies.

Funny that whenever I go into Darkroot and I kill those plant monsters the first 3 always drop the Toxic removing one.

Got Black Knight sword. It could carry me through the whole game but I was trying something with dex.

It's that. And the Dragon's Tail axe. Neeeds 50 Strenght to use!

Yea man I have like 12 fuckin Black Knight Swords hahaha. They drop like mad when you're running to Gwyn. I practiced parrying on black knights, because I first learned to parry on Gwyn believe it or not. Didn't know how to backstab until NG+ either... How lovely is is playing without any fucking guide ;_;

I never used magic. Never been a mage-liking kinda guy. I do to an extent, but I prefer using weapons first almost always. Then I heard pyromancy is pretty OP, so I was glad I didn't use it in the end haha. Didn't want the game to be easy

Yea I've never gone through the catacombs before ringing any bell.

DeS is harder in a way, but I'd say it's mostly harder because the controls are clunkier. DeS fans will argue against this, but if you played DaS first, DeS will feel a looooooooooooooot clunkier. Trust me. It's still fun though, and it's story-based.

Hahaha it's called Another Century series. The one I have is Another Century's Episode R for PS3. None of them have come to the west, however. But PS3 isn't region-locked so I got the PS3 one. I played the PSP one too, but it's pretty bad...

But it's got mechs from various Gundam series, Eureka seveN, Macross Frontier (shame they don't have the original Macross mechs :c Not really into Frontier, but I love S.D.F. Macross) and even Code Geass.

I've had it for a year now and I'm only on maybe the third or fourth level on my first character... Playing first as the Guren Mk. 2. My Chinese buddy and I were playing it a lot last year though. We were going to switch to Suzaku and the Lancelot, but we already upgraded the Guren and Kallen a whole bunch

Yea. You don't have a PS3? You  can get the PSP version, but it sucks. And the PS2 ones won't run unless your PS2 is modded or you have a swap key.
