You can contact a domain name provider and purchase one. It is generally cheap. Then you must purchase the server space to host your site, that part is a little bit more money.
I got my package from GoDaddy.com. You should check it out there.

Hey man, it was good to see you. I'll probably start slowly messin' around with my digital camera. It's horrible, paid way too much for it in Kuwait, and it eats batteries like crazy, lithium and alkaline. Is there any way you could send me a copy of that program? I've got a few semi-worthy pics I'd like to start messing with. Anyway, nice work, I like your new stuff. The IR trees came out nice, the brown sky is definately better than the blue. Later bro.
