Ha, better than what I assumed. I just can't find the correct words to tell you what to do without risking the loss of my main point. I guess if you keep learning from me it'll be all image based, with little to no text. I can keep trying to find a way to get my point across better if you'd like? Since you seem to only have plans to go to an art college, I want to atleast attempt to help you get to the minimal skill level you'd need to get there. You could get in if they didn't ask for a portfolio, but then at the end of the year you'd just be left with a diploma but no one to hire you. (I know, trust me. I'm attending one myself. They don't so much teach you how to draw, but rather what to do with your skills.)

i understand and well i actually plan to go to a community College for 2 years to get my main corses out of the way then go to a university to get in to graphic design or animation i actually kinda want to do story-boarding..

It's best to always have multiple back up majors just incase. Art wasn't my first choice, but I didn't plan well and my original idea fell through.
You Don't make much on as a freelance artist, so your best hope is to be picked up by a big animation group or something. But they don't hire just anyone, so you have to be very good at what you do unless you want to be stuck with a menial job.

hmm ya... well my other option is a Vet i'm very good with animals and learning medical terms and stuff.. it;s just vet school is pricey i know art school is too..

Art institute. They aren't the greatest art school out there,they pretty much let anyone in who can pay. I just wasn't prepared and took what ever I could get.
