That's not going to happen. The rights for the animation (done by Studio Pierrot) were revoked by the original publishing company for their adaption in the animation. It was cut short from a lack of funding and animators. I like your spirit, but there is no chance of that happening unless a different studio were to seek a re-licensing contract.
