The excuse I hear constantly from users like you who tell me they do not know that these are for my icon.

1 - You have obviously never read the Creative Commons license due to what you're currently stating and rambling about everywhere.
2 - Icons have been created by users to supply for game ports on a mac community, and not stolen from you whatsoever
3 - Yes, no I haven't noticed, as he's not been stealing anything from you.
4 - Icon shells could be made nearly the same as yours - not directly stolen from you
5 - I tried to be nice, but you're being childish and rambling about a simple icon shell, stating everywhere that people have been breaking your creative commons license while they have not directly, in any way copied your work. They just made an icon which you happened to be doing as well. If i made a movie, Hollywood wouldn't sue me for it, as movies can be made by anyone

6 - Your work is great, but just stop thinking everyone steals from you.

If you have created something completely self-published under the "CC", you should also keep to the conditions that are specified by the "CC".

It's really getting on my nerves so much that everyone thinks he can operate freely everywhere and the internet is a law-free space. How ignorant are some here is really incredible.

Instead of being happy about it that I for many years (since 2007) create as many icons and offering it free to anyone for personal use, is probably not enough?

The icons do not grow on trees. I need to create in painstaking hours of work! But no one must also start all of my icons to create your own and that too mostly very poor.

And for users "TheM4cGodfather" you should look vlt. even look at the comparison animation. He has used very well my shadow for its icons.

If there is a game there once an icon of mine, you can always ask me if I make this one. Just because there is no price for Game Icon by me, which is not allowed out of my own icons to customize.

I know this icon inside and out, with all its peculiarities which I have then created. And you write that I just imagining all this, is not serious.

If that is not under my shadow or in the icons, it can still easily able to prove that I'm wrong, as he shows me his template.

Not trying to say you're an idiot, you just don't get my point. The CC License you're using is specifying that no republishing of your work can be done if altered. He didn't alter anything, I can probably fin two or three pixels of difference between your shadow and his > it's still relevant.
Now, as for the things you said about the internet, and how it should be controlled by law. My dear sir, you're missing the whole point of the internet. The point of the internet is to be able to share data everywhere, to copy it, to alter it, to modify it, to share it again. That's how information is made and re-created. It's in our nature to copy, that's how it's always been. You want to stop progress ? You won't go far. No one asks you to make icons if they can do their own, maybe they want to experience, play with the software they're using, and share their creations to the world. What's wrong with that ? Nothing. You're just trying to monopolize your field of work. No one said your images weren't quality-wise, they are, they are very-well made, but saying that someone's work is a poor imitation of yours is childish. If Audi made a great car and I made another one and they called mine a poor imitation just because it has 4 wheels but not the same design would be stupid. Also, as you purposely say it, people may IMITATE your work. Oxford Dictionary of English : Imitate - follow as a model. They are thus not directly copying your work. And copying does not even mean reproduce as a match, what would be the point in that ? Can't you just appreciate the fact that people may follow your example or use parts of your work to create more things ? you're just missing the point of the whole sharing system of the internet.

Internet is a way to access information anywhere from the world. Free or not, that's debatable, I personally think that information should be free for everyone, but things are still being debated everyday. But from what I see, you're one of those copyright maniacs that think that everything should be controlled and maintained. There's no such thing as Private data. There's only what measures you take to keep your data private. Aka uploading a picture on facebook means you're publicizing your picture for everyone in the world. If you want to privatize data, don't put it on the internet. Internet is sharing. Sharing is copying. And copying is the internet.
Stop being so arrogant, you think you know better but no one does. The only thing we know, is that you're making empty threats against everyone (otherwise I assume these supposed thefts would have been reprimanded by now), keep doing your work, as long as people aren't making money out of YOUR work, and I say YOUR work, not what you supposedly think, there should not be a problem.
