Well yes, that shouldn't be a problem! Do you have some reference and some idea how you would like it to look like? Would you like a sketch, a shaded sketch, or flat colours or a fully shaded picture? What kind of budget are you aiming at?

I get paid in 2 weeks and dependin i can swing up to 60 bucks.
