Heyy, I saw your Vostu work, it really reminded me of the art style in the MMORPG's Dofus and Wakfu from Ankama Studios in France! very nice!

I'm sorry you cannot use this for publicity, game prototype, game assets or any related game media. I'm the only one who can used the copyrights for this images, and since I'm not interest on selling out any of my designs you will have to find an artist who can provide you with the art you need. Hope you understand this but nothing in life is for free. Best regards. Andre

You're work is fantastic. I'm doing my best to work towards this quality myself though I am nowhere near it yet. May I ask what program(s) you use for coloring? Also, any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

Thx for the comments!!! The to get better at anything you do in your life, is HARD WORK and tons of hours practicing your skills...If you do it every single day you will get better...Remember hard work!! Secondly, if you really think you want to make a living of this, or do it professionally, well try to invest in things that you think might make you better at, for example: Books of learning HOW TO DRAW, invest in a good machine, with tons of RAM at least 8GB of RAM, a good desk and wonderful WACOM TABLET , anything that you might think will make better at, you force yourself to invest in it. The way I like to look at thing is, you only live once, and if you wanna do something, GO for it and do it!!!
For the technical aspect, I used Adobe Photoshop CS5, as a software...A Large Size Wacom Intuos 4 Tablet, 27" Inches LED Monitor Display, and creepy laptop with 4GB of RAM and a Dual Centrino Processor, it has 1GB Video RAM, Although I'm upgrading this machine very soon, couple years ago was a good machine .
Mostly if you looking for good and smooth painting, make sure to have 8GB of RAM or above...Photoshop or any CG (Computer Graphics) software they all work based on RAM, and Video RAM for 3D and FX.
Anyways, keep it up work hard, and never let anyone to doubt about your dreams, whatever you want in live just go and get it.
Cheers!!!

Wow! Thank you for your wonderful reply! Yes, hard work, a lot of it. I put about two hours in everyday if I can fit it in with everything else. As for investing, I have put money into acquiring a good amount of how to draw books as well as a small Wacom BAMOO tablet but that's about it. Most of my money at the moment is going into my college, which is helping my art a lot seeing as that's my major. Since I'm low budget, I'm using the free software GIMP to do my coloring and while it seems to work well for that, I'm not a big fan of actually drawing with it so I am looking to upgrade as soon as I can. How much did Photoshop cost? Because I know it's far from cheap.
I'm not very technically oriented so RAM and such i will definitely have to research a bit more, but thank you for providing a basic idea of what I should be looking for.
Ah, thank you again so much!

Not problem man!!! Is good that you invest, also good that you practice, but if you asked me? by the time I was 7 years old I was practicing 7 hours a day or even more, and further than that, I was going to High School and getting Art Classes in a private Art School, so with the money I was making from doing traditional art, I was paying the school. Also I don't know about GIMP software, but I just had a quick look at it, and seriously is not good...There are plenty of better software's out there for free, which are way better and more professional. Take a look at this :
[link]
Also Photoshop and Corel Painter, they have their basic software for beginners, which are very affordable and is quiet similar to the pro versions, specially Photoshop Link:

Painter:

But the true is man, when I started to practice with this I got a pirate copy to learn if this was for me or not, and once I saw this as good living I pay the full license, the prices for this are not cheap, but you can always test and try before buying it..They even have Student License if you are interesting on getting one, and is a fraction of paying the full license for the pro version, is none profit software, means you can't make money with it but you can learn to use it and then get a full license one

Take it easy man,
Cheers
