Also I saw you are also checking which tablet to buy. Of course there is the budget etc... but also check your life style and your future plans. Seems you are student, so if you plan on getting with the tablet at school or move a lot with your laptop+tablet the cintinq 21 is not especially the best choice. Even a Bamboo could make the trick, they are very resistant tablets for the money. You a the cintinq companion 13" or an other 13" Β of wacom if you want to be mobile and keep the cintinq stuff... Check also other brands if it's your first as monoprice or Yiynova (U+ series to consider)...
Anyway good luck in your choice if it's not already Β made, and also keep in mind that if you want to do 3d, it could be good t save on the tablet to get a more powerful pc.

My honor and pleasure, you have an eye for art in every aspect. I especially really enjoy your sketch book/journal. I used to do that before, but sometimes it becomes hard to just sit and enjoy the scenery in today's fast moving society, i think i will take that past time again. Cheers!

In China, it was sometimes really hard to just sit there and draw while you could walk and see so much more. But while sketching you note so much more details! And if you just go around to touch everything's surface, you never get to the ground of things - just my 2 cent^^
But it needs a lot of discipline, that's right...

I know what you mean, haha. This is what generally goes on in my head, when i go out with the purpose of sketching architecture. "k, gonna sit here and sketch that awesome old VictorianΒ architecture...hmmmm, i wanna get closer to see the details...Woah! they got a museum?! i gotta go inside!"
In the end i forget about sketching all together. Discipline is hard, when you're attention span is less than that of a cat presented with a red dot. lol, but it is possible!

So true ... I'm very addicted to museums, and my problem is simply time: I often need up to six or eight hours just to see and read, and until then I haven't done any sketch -.-
If possible, I visit museums more than one time, but if it is in foreign cities, that's hard. You cannot go to these cities so often due to financial reasons and limited vacation times and if you are there, you are mostly not alone. And not all people like it to wait during hours and hours of sketching... my boyfriend was even a bit upset when I forced him to three museums two in Chicago and one in New York, although he is not so much into museums and we had not so much time there ... so I would not sit there for hours to sketch, while he is already impatient ...
