i turn and turn
yet i stand still
a moment set
aside to watch
the passing on
of nothinness
in blackness i
alone do cry
but no one hears
my scream until
i wake in cold
half life is sold
to the demon
daily gorged on
life youth and time
what can we do
to conquer him
reclaim our lives
and take our time
how to kill sleep
when he himself
has god given
power to stop us
