I know me too! I'm really shy but I'm dying for friends my own age that like anime. And I am a HUGE sasunaru fan! I literally know like 2 people who like anime and none them like yaoi lol so it's difficult to find someone to love the hell out of it with haha.

yep, i'm akiahara on ff.net. on y!gallery, too. there's some stuff on there that i couldn't post here. actually, my favorite commission was itasasu (that is explicit and i couldn't upload here).
i've been lucky to find some people my age and older that are really into anime and cosplay and that. it's definitely a different experience having nerdy friends your own age. i went to fanime with mostly younger people and it was... well, interesting. very different than spending time with my older friends.
