The photo wasn't on par with what we feel are the group standards. We have raised them recently.
The composition could use some work, along with the focus. (Twigs in front distract from the swan)
As =MichelleRamey said, don't feel discouraged-we can't accept everything but that doesn't mean you shouldn't submit!

I'm sorry, but the other admin and I agreed that it doesn't quite meet our quality standards, which we've recently raised.
Don't be discouraged from submitting, though--with the flood of deviations, there are many other works we've had to reject as well!
