Hello~ ^u^ You would have already received a message like this around 3 weeks ago. I'm the co-founder of the group #Utapri-2000 and this time I'm here to inform you of the new group journal and the deadline for the voting form outlined within. I am sending this message because I haven't received the completed form from you (also I know there have been some issues regarding the journals).
The deadline that your voting form must be in by is Sunday, September 22nd.
I will send another message reminding you of this on Thursday the 19th.
The voting form and other details are still on the original journal .
If there are circumstances which prevent you from completing the form, please inform me as soon as possible so I can make the necessary arrangements.
Even if you're not planning to participate could you please still fill it out and send it to me? I really do need everyone to do it so I can have a clear view of what everyone would like.

Puffy skirt? It has a petticoat underneath! Actually it has 3 layers of petticoat underneath! One largely wired petticoat, and two regular ones that add to the volume of the skirt. ^_^
