Nah, I gave up on it, since it would only be me who used it. It felt like so much work for something that I would likely never get to use anywhere. I started learning Esperanto instead which held a lot of the same ideals that I wanted in a language.

I'm afraid I can't help much with that. It was far too long for me to remember what software I used. But essentially, I just googled for how to create a font, and just picked one that looked free, or at least had a trial.

But there's always the opposite direction, where you pick a color palette and stick with it,
