Can you tell me which of my images is downloaded directly from internet?
I am crearly sure most of them are edited or modified by me in some way.

Did you make the images used in your images yourself, or did you get them from somewhere on the internet?
If it is the latter, you would need permission to use those images to make the images you have in your gallery.

Is a fan composition, i didn't create most of the images, only composed/edited them as icons or so, i am not reselling them or something, just created the icons for personal use an shared them for people who need them, as i donwload other icons from people here on DA which create icons for games to use on their pc's 98% of the icons for games uses their original images, and are compositions and variations.

But if people think i should delete all the compositions i made, because i didn't draw the images, i have no problem on deleting them all.

You could always take a vote on it. To see if people want you to keep them up or not.

Well, i cant because i am not a premium user, and about the permission to publish those icons and banners: [link]

Most companies have these or similar conditions, you can make use their images the way i use them, just creating some icons free for people who wants to use them in their laptops.

Would be different if Nintendo or other person had created the icons, and I have copied and uploaded here, but not the case.

So since i cant create polls, and some people still like to use the icons for personal purposes, i will not delete them, if DA admins thinks they are against their policy they can delete them and if they want ban my account, i doesn't care at all, i am not getting any benefits here, only sharing some creations.

And you don't have to do a poll, a journal could be used as well.
