Yes, you modified everything yourself- but the artwork isn't yours. The images you used belong to Square Enix etc. dA does not have a problem with fanart but the drawings must be original i.e you must draw them yourself.

So many other dA users do this kind of things. I don't understand T-T If this images are copyrighted, so why dA don't do something about it like YT does it? YT mutes the copyright videos and the job is done.

First and formost, deviant art is a HUGE site, there is no way for the mods to remove every single copy right violtion deviation they come across. That is why it is up to the community and people like myself to do 'clean up.'
Secondly, other sites do things differently. What works on one site will not necessarily hold true on the other. Deviant art is an art community not Facebook or Photobucket- only original art is accepted. Anything used that is the property of another artist/company or institution without prior written permission from the owners is considered copy right violation. Under some laws, this is seen as a criminal offence, as such deviant art protects itself from lawsuits by strictly prohibiting the use of copy right materials being submitted on their site.
You say there are other users here on dA that are doing this: then as a respected member of this art community I encourage to pass this message onto them and in doing such- remove your own deviations that contain copy right material. As aforementioned- failure to do so will result in a report being issued against you.

And you said it: "only original art is accepted", I'm sure this incudes hand-made works and works did with programs like Photoshop and etc., and I'm sure I'm not the only one to use photoshop here. Many people uses so many different pictures that are not their own and they do picures like me.

Let me make this clear: YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE COPY RIGHT IMAGES UNLESS YOU HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE OWNERS. It does not matter whether you have modified the image, or made a wallpaper out of it, it still VIOLATES DEVIANT ART'S POLICIES!
You say other people are doing this as well, therefore if you yourself cannot tell them that what they are doing is wrong, then I want the links to their galleries to issue the same notification as I'm giving to you. I am not attacking you, I'm attacking this very serious problem.

If I didn't care I wouldn't be showing Askay the right way of doing things. Did you stop to think about that? She's a wonderful photographer, she doesn't need to resort to using copy righted images to gain viewers. You think I'm attacking her- I'm not- I'm showing her right from wrong.
Unfortunately you don't seem to see it that way and it's sad that you don't support Deviant Art. I mean this site is an art community, it's not Facebook or Photobucket. The point? The point is showing them right from wrong. Being part of an art community is a wonderful thing, your work is viewed by others and you get good points on how to improve your art. But when you see someone use images that do not belong to them, they're only -as you said- damaging themselves and their pursuit in art. That's why, as a member of this art community, I feel compelled to help others and show them the right way.
In turn I offer my guidance, and lend my help where I can. If the artist is into drawing- like you are- I offer to help them with improvng their skill. Do you see now why I care about doing the right thing. I want people to succeed, not get into to trouble. Sure, I can be harsh, but tough love is what is needed sometimes to help people understand.

As of now, I'm not reporting people because from what I've gathered, Devaint Art is hiring a new staff member in the department of etiquette and copy right.
So, right now? No. I haven't issued any reports. Have I reported the images in Asaky's gallery, yes, I have. Obviously no action has been taken because of the above reason I have given. I may need to re-do a report, but I don't think it's necessary.
You see, I don't just go and report people. I first give them a chance, I let them read the policy, and if they still don't want to understand or they ignore the fact that what they're doing is wrong, I then report them. I don't like doing it, but it's a last resort.
