Five years have passed since the dream demon Bill Cipher's demise. The now 18 year old Pines twins return to their old summer home and begin catching up on old times, but when a mysterious meteor shower occurs, the twins investigate and find a familiar face. Can the twins take care and reform a seemingly memoryless demon, or will history repeat itself?

Bill. Please answer this honestly. Why are you like this? Anyone has a reason for their behavior. If it's because of something bad that happened to you which deeply hurt your feelings, give the twins a chance to prove you wrong. Running away from your problems and trying to get revenge at anything and anyone won't solve anything. *hugs without hesitation* I believe in you. Anyone can be good, if they just try and let other people teach them that there's more than just power. Perhaps an enemy might even be just a friend you haven't made yet. There's only one answer to it and that is to see and find out. Please try and consider this, there's no need to let history repeat itself over and over. In the end it wasn't worth it and everyone including you will be too tired to make another move.
