I am in the Kansas City area so I was thinking for Naka-kon. That is the convention I try to go to every year. It is fairly big and very successful throughout the years! Which have you sold at so far?

I live in the UK, I've only sold at Stoke con trent so far but in May I will be at Warrington comic con, London MCM and then through summer I have moe moe con and hamjapan planned

I wish you good luck it It's best to start out with some help as then it's not so daunting a task Just be careful how many friends you take Over here an artist table is usually about 6ft wide making two people behind the table, the optimum number. Any more causes over crowding and more problems than it does good.

Also ALWAYS be nice to your neighbours. These are people who could become contacts for you and help spread your work. If you are rude to them or steal customers from them (a big no no) they won't like it and the message will be spread, ruining your reputation. For example at stoke con trent the people next to me caused a commotion because they turned up late for set up, pushed their back tables right against the back of someone else's stall, so he couldn't get to it, all because the had the wrong type of banners, had 4 people behind a table meant for 2, had large art pads that crossed over other peoples tables, and their spare people went around grabbing customers, so they didn't make a very good impression and complaints were made to the organisers about them.
