Florida seems cool. I like it here, but like with any other place it has its good side and its bad side. You can go from the worst slum to agricultural farms to million dollar estates all while still on the same road.
Its not really anything like people assume it is. There are no wild animals running about for example.

Haha, no I don't think it's like the desert and lions are walking around and stuff. It's pretty colonized, isn't it? previously by the dutch? I have a guy from SA in my online class now, he's got a pretty great accent.
That's pretty cool, it's kinda similar here. My town is on the beach so over there is super nice, mixed in with some slummy parts, and it is scattered all over the place lol

Seems like a very holiday friendly place.
Not really it used to be but now its very multicultural, the cityscape is always changing, everything here is connected, its all part of us trying to become part of the first world. You should Google city images of Cape town and Johannesburg (Johannesburg has one of the most impressive skylines I've seen, but I'm biased.)
Strangely I get that quite a bit (especially from Americans lol) but I don't have the heavy Dutch accent.
I think beach towns are generally like that, but it must be pretty relaxing to be so close to the ocean all the time.

Lets put it this way, right now its 22:05 and its about 36 degrees Celsius in my house. It gets bloody hot and the winters are very mild.

It gets about 100 degrees, NOT 100C hahaha, but F, during the summer, right now it's about 75.

I never understood the feet, inches system.It felt more like guess work. In my line of work 3/16th of an inch does not exist, 0.001mm on the other hand.

So weird right. The concept of measuring water will always be confusing for me (except the normals like 'gallon of milk' '2 liter of soda') idk America picks and chooses what it wants. Gets confusing going from school where mL is used and life where gallons are.
