Ah I know that probably a million people are bugging you.
However I was wondering what you did for your leggings?
Are they hand painted? If so what did you use ;u;

They are hand painted. I just grabbed a fabric paint marker at Walmart and used that. I've also seen one person use regular acrylic paint and that seemed to turn out really well. Just don't use sharpie. I found that out the hard way.
