It's okay, don't feel bad.  It was insanely crowded and crazy there.  I hope I do get to see you sometime soon though.  I think I haven't seen you in like 2 years.
And things are going pretty well.  Don't know yet if I passed the bar exam, but regardless I have my JD, and a fairly decent job(that will get much better if I did pass the bar and get licensed as an attorney).  And thanks!  The Masters was in 2011 though, this law degree is what I just got.  But either way, thank you!!

Lol, you were awesome! Sorry I ignored you in the noodle place, but like I said my phone was having major issues, I needed to find my friends before it died because I needed to borrow one of their phones..it was a mess. I really wanted to run over and slam my hammer against the window and scream Asgardian profanities at you though since you escaped your imprisonment...but maybe it was good I had phone issues. People walking around might have gotten the wrong idea and not understood I was acting in character as Thor..
Oh, and I wanted to ask- is that cape real fur, and whether it is or isn't, how were you not DYING in that costume in the heat?!

Perfect. I would have loved that. I was uber in chara. I wanted you to join us.

I wanted to join you guys...but then I knew I'd never find the people I was with all day. I didn't even know that mall across the street existed. Thought it was an office building.
I figured it was fake, but it looked so damn real I couldn't be sure.
And idk. I don't think I could've gotten used to the heat if I was wearing all that...the cape looked heavy and warm. So major props for not passing out, and for wearing that for so many hours and walking all over the place, and still having the energy to be in character like you were.
Oh, are you going to be at NYCC? I'm wearing my Thor costume again there...and much improved this time, since my gloves finally came in so I can add on the armor trim and everything now. I was like...embarrassed when we took those pictures together, because my costume was still so half-assed and you looked perfect.

I planned on remaining in character, no matter what. Actual outfit: 50%; Attitude/In-Chara: 50%. You gotta always put your all in it, regardless.

I would not let myself pass out; or really miss any of the con.

I was nowhere near perfect, my dear. I must re-make most of it, I am not satisfied. I do not look as perfect as I'd like to. I am re-making the horns/head piece, making a new pair of boots, scales from head to mid-shin, and even some on the arms.. New way to attach the loops and the armour pieces, to the belts. I also need to work with the corset, make it a bit more Loki-esk; Even add more hair and gold pieces to the wig. I have a lot to do.. And for NYCC, I'm doing Jotun Loki.. Lots of work to finish..

I was very upset with my outfit. It was not perfect, or as perfect as I'd like.. So many flaws.

Oh my gosh, no, how could I mind?! It's such an honor when people actually watch me, since I seriously think I'm not that great and there are much better cosplayers out there who I could never compare to. Maybe I'm just too hard on myself, I don't know, but still I'm always so happy and so honored when people watch me. Thank you!!!!
And if you want to know what my sister and I are doing next, we have a cosplay Facebook account(because some creepy people were trying to add themselves to our friendslist on our real life accounts and it was getting sketchy) and it's called S.K. Cosplay. We keep an album there of all future cosplays and when we expect them to be worn.
