So I was requesting a commssion of a custom plush and they said 220 was the price so I agreed with it and then yesterday the person said I had to pay but the person started making the pluhsie and now they are saying that I have til Monday to pay and if I dont they are going to contact their lawyer and call the authors and I am gonna have to go to court and they will find my adress they said all of this over a pluhsie

So what's going on, you asked for a commission of a plush, you both agreed on the amount that was going to be paid... Did you two agree on when the payment was going to be?

I'm guessing the person just thought that you agreed to pay first and immediately started working on the plush without talking to you about more details on the agreement?

Yes and now why I didnt want to pay is because I didn't like my design of my character I felt like i didn't make it myself

Ahh, well just tell them that you don't have to pay for it if you're not even wanting the plush and if you're not getting it. It is their fault somewhat for not communicating with you more on the payment method and getting started on it. Do you know how far with the plush they are?

Don't listen to everything i say though im not an expert in any of this, it'd be best to go ask others about how to handle this problem as well

you can ask them for a picture of the plush as proof of how far they've gone with it, do you have any screenshots of your agreements showing you agreeing to the payment method?
