its really not that hard, really. I learned from observing the episodes. Theirs a couple of things you have to do. one is the actual style of the art and another is the outlining and the colors you give them

alright when i animate in photoshop CS5 i use a size 2 px pencil and work with 3000x1688 as a workspace then i use the paint bucket to color it then gaussian blur it at usually .7, can you tell me your method so I can try it and see if I get the same results

well i use a size 3 pencil at a 5000x2813 workspace but when i go to do the lines i make it a darker color than the original color being painted and then blur it to my liking, no specific one that im aware of

oh for real thats all so if the skin tone of a character is like pale i would make the color lining a grayish brown

oke here comes your next lesson (PART 1 GLOW EFFECTS lightning effect }
(step 1) open photoshop again 3000 by 1688 ( make a layer call it black backround and colour it black with the bucket tool (step 2) make an other layer call it lightning (step 3)
go to lasso tool hold shift and draw the lighting the shifft keeps the other lightnings you drew(step 4) choose the colour white and colour in the lasso tool(step 5) go to the layer of the lightning click on the box and go to outer glow choose the glow yellow or blue
(step 6) experiment with the glow so you get a beautyfull glow after that go to filter blur gaugaisian blur now do at a a 3 the glow will become more realistic now sumbit it when your done i wish you goodluck

(step 6) if yur doe with colouring the premier colours w take the shading with the eyedropper tool from the image you saved earlyer now go to an other tool called lasso tool its a freehand selection tool draw the shading selection with it and colour if your done with colouring go to filter blur gaugaisian blur at a 1 it ads smoothness to the picture after that sumbit your picture to deviant art i wish you good luck

(step 5 ) draw your character and clean with an eraser the messy lines (step 6) now the colouring will begin open the anime image that you saved earlyer in an other space now tak colours from it with the tool eyedropper tool it takes evry colour with it it touch and colour your character dont shade your character yet colour with the premier colours shading and ligthning will come later

oke your sec lesson is about colouring first i will learn you normal colouring technieks firt (step 1) before entering photoshop make a folder in your computer call it colour key(step 2) now take any anime picture you want from google and save it in that map
i will explain later why (step 3) go to photoshop open file 3000 by 1688 (step 4) go to pencil and make it a 2 pixels
