Okies, so I hope this has enlightened you a bit. This is just my first flare up I've had in the 7-8 years I've had lupus. But, I've been through things like shingles because of this, I've had high fevers for 3 days straight, butterfly rashes, and I experience all kinds of symptoms that effect all of my organs because lupus is serious. I may look regular on the outside but don't let that fool you. This is a chronic condition, meaning I have it for life. My chief complaint is I'm always tired all the time. I just got used to it and deal with it on a daily basis. Just know when I say I'm tired, I mean it. I have no vigor. So hopefully things will improve and I'll get my life back on track and my lupus will go into remission. Everything is happening so fast, I have to focus on healing before school starts. That's my main goal. Again these things take time for me and basically anyone who has a disease. They don't get better just like that like normal people. I've been having regular doctor visits every week with various doctors: nephrologist, rheumatologist, infectious disease, immunologist, neurologist. It seems like it doesn't end. I've been filling out forms. Everything is so stressful. The medication sometimes causes side effects even worse than the actual disease. That's a thing I have to be careful about too, cuz seizures are caused by stress and lack of sleep which I've been having both. I don't need any more additional stress. I need time for myself and to get my life back.

mon sorry ive been busy with a lot of things like i volunteered for two straight days. and right now i have to pay tuition@_@ everything is happening too fast! ill get back to you though love;D
though just wanted to say that i wrote an fb message to jen to tell her off today. and i had isa double check it. so i want to know your opinions on it. I admit i was a bit harsh in the beginning. but you should have seen the original message it was even more harsh and i had to keep editing cuz this girl pisses me off@_@
okies here it is: "Hello, Again, thank you for your concern. Ok, I decided I'm going to tell you the whole story here. But first, I wanted to tell you I am not the type of person to hang out a lot. I don't like talking on the phone, its not my preferred method of communication. Everyone is different and that's just me. I enjoy the comforts of my home and love my family very much. I have an immunocompromising disease so its best for me to stay at home. I feel extremely exhausted nowadays because of the lupus. I feel like crap. I don't want to be bothered cuz I have a million other things on my mind and that's namely to get better. It's really frustrating for me. Especially since this recent flare up that just happened. You have to understand I cannot hang out even though you really want to. I'll explain again, I'm on high doses of corticosteroids (like chemotherapy for cancer patients) this renders the immune system that fights infections and other things to be really low. So I can't go out in public places because I can easily get sick (This also goes for people like cancer patients who are on chemotherapy like my best friend's mom). And I'm serious about that cuz thats how I got an infection and severe edema that rendered me unable to walk for a whole week! I'm in a critical condition as of now. Plus I'm photosensitive, that's one of the symptoms of lupus (especially with this heat wave going on). I have to focus on getting better not hanging out and I have a lot of things to worry about right now. Understand I just went through a lot. Just look at the whole message I wrote you."

I was wondering, do you know the CNA skills we have to do/study for orientation? So I could study? I haven't started...@_@ Btw could you return my "The Hunger Games" book when I see you? My sis hasn't read it and wants to read it. I think once we start clinicals we won't have time for such things anyways. I'll probably see you at orientation though right?^^ Other news, my phone has been suspended for a whole month cuz my mom didn't pay on time. But, it should be good by August. August is fast approaching! I wish you good luck with everything! Enjoy the rest of your summer. And again thank you and your mom for your prayers! I'm hanging in there!
