Have you ever been harshly disciplined by a parent..? What your parent did might have seemed cruel at first, but he or she did it out of love.
While I am not trying to say what I did was right, and I am not trying to excuse myself, but what I did was similar.

Imagine if you were led to believe that a close friend of yours has been lying to you all along, and that he or she was involved in the heartbreak of another friend of yours. You'd feel angry, and you'd be moved to do what you think is right and just. That's how I acted.
It was ruthless, yes, but, in the end, it was in the hopes of doing two things: protecting my friends from deception and hurt, and trying to correct a person I cared for.

im glad you are fighting back, but remember sometimes its better to back down and accept the fact that people won't always be on your side with everything and will do everything they can to drive you away. sometimes the best thing is to ignore them and focus and something more important don't take it too far
