Life and a time away from Deviantart. After this semester, I'll be done with school! Very exciting. But still a lot of stuff to do for now. I'm taking 18 hours and working.

Just remembered, how much are you into magical girls? Because I've been writing my own series with influence from Madoka among others.

Not so much. I like Tokyo Mew Mew, though. Madoka was wonderful and dark except for the weird nakey god ending, and that ruined the experience for me. I tried watching the new Sailor Moon, but it got to a point where I was forcing myself to watch it, so I stopped. I've never seen the original and decided to watch the remake instead because it's supposedly just like the manga. So, I thought, the more accurate the better, right? Wrong. It was directed so poorly with too many close-ups, didn't spend any time developing character or the universe, and Sailor Moon herself was so dumb and whiny. It needs more likable male characters as well. Besides Tuxedo, all the guys are evil or easily brainwashed. What's up with that? Besides the fact that I grew up with Tokyo Mew Mew (which is probably why I like it so much), a magical girl show/story needs a good narrative, well-developed characters, a well-developed universe, explain everything (like Madoka), and give the guys a chance to shine as much as the girls. I would be interested in checking your story out, of course. I am sure it is much better than than Sailor Moon, especially if it's influenced by Madoka. So, yes, that is my long answer to your simple question.

I haven't seen much of Tokyo Mew Mew, just the main plot, and figured I'd check out more some day.
