the names Javier, aka TheoryBorn and raised in Miami, at the age of 18 became a tattoo apprentice under ESE of EXCEPTIONAL INK, completed my apprenticeship at 19, have been tattooing ever since by the name of Theory . Have been an artist "professionally" since the age of 16, and have designed for companies such as ISACO International, and countless freelance corporations. Ive always been a firm believer in everything ZEN and relaxing,
