Alright, you can use my journal skin as an example.

I need a background (what you see at the top), a total of three colours to put in the code of the skin, and an image to post at the bottom of the journal. (Last one is optional.) I'll give you a preview of the skin when I'm done with it so you can see what it looks like and if you want anything changed.
