I think it's better to just try to be a better person without having a specific start date. I feel as though once broken new years resolutions can't be remade. But just changing yourself can happen anytime and relapse is okay.

Yes, now that I think about it, there should be no set date; I guess I'm not going to try to change for New Years, but for myself, but I do think you could restart you resolutions if you break them, to each their own.
