This is actually my first time asking someone to make a picture like this, so I'm unsure on how the process works other than what you have PMed me. Since you go through paypal, will I have to have an account on there? Or do I just have to send the payment to a paypal account based on the email you give me? Do you need my email as well?

You can either choose only one character and make an outfit for your choice (for example a dress for Lilith)- or else, make an outfit for each of them (one for Fen, one for Lilith).
But this doesn't limit you, in case you'd like to make matching outfits, or even a single outfit that could go for both of them. I hope I explained it clear enough
