It is his fault being such a terrible client, I warned him about not getting a good result with that super low quality sfm render he called "reference", he said it was fine, I accept the commission.
I finish the head and ASK HIM IF HE LIKES It and if he wants any changes, he says its fine gyazo.com/b220ba21742d4d4cade6… , I started to work on the body, THEN HE MAKES ME SCRAP THE WHOLE MODEL because he didnt like the head gyazo.com/fa27ffc6e7b82bc381d5… , I say to him that it's fine, but I ask him for another reference, again, he sends another sfm render, I redo the head and the torso, he says he likes it but out of nowhere asks for a refund. 2 months after commissioning. Are you out of your mind?

Alright now I think you're making this up? He never mentioned that to me (which again, shows how bad of a client he is). I can send him an .fbx that can be opened on blender, but texturless. EITHER WAY I clearly state in the commission description what the file includes: "Model File (.LIB4D/Cinema 4d R16) OR .FBX (for blender or other programs, not textured)"

I did respond, several times, trying to explain to him he wouldnt have a refund, but I guess the dude can't take a no for answer.

I heard from him the first day, he spent he's points and he isn't repaying him back!
Now you are straight up lying, i never mentioned when I spent the money (you can even see in the screenshot I dont mention when lmao), DeviantArt holds the money for 15 DAYS after I accept the commission, at that point I was already working on the model. Not only that, I used the money A MONTH AFTER DA released it, since the dude said he was liking the model, the last thing I would have imagined is that he would want a refund.

Im not refunding, not because i dont have the money, its not like I'm broke, I have that money. Im not refunding because he already made me waste time and effort on 2 models and wanted the money back.

I have not scammed anyone. I will not refund anyone who requests a refund after 2 damn months and 2 different models (for the price of 1 btw). Can you request a refund before I start working on the model? Sure, I'd give you all the money I get paid from DA, since they take about 20% of the money. But not after I start the model, even less after it's more than halfway done, twice.

Don't make false accusations when you don't even know the whole story.

You guys were both fighting about the fucking refund, The guy just wanted his money back and you don't have the time to even give it back?
