I only problem with that is that the concept of the link looking fellow may not be able to be used as it is a trademarked character. Perhaps he could be altered to avoid any legality, if indeed you are serious about this. You need to make sure none of these characters are to much like legally copyrighted characters.

Alright I do have a picture drawn for the one on the right which is right here: fav.me/dabmudm
The other one on the left I'm gonna have to draw what her alternate form looks like so it might take time until you can draw her(when I post it).
And the story behind them is that: They both met on the underrealm while one of them were roaming around. Both of them thought of each other as a threat which then lead for them to become enemies.
Over through the years of hatred, both of them pretty much found peace in each other until they finally went out.

I'm kinda bad on explaining things so sorry about that.
